Work from Home: Measuring Satisfaction between Work–Life Balance and Work Stress during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

Coronavirus (COVID-19), which hit in early 2020, changed the way people live and work, affected industries organizations all over world. Many have begun to deliver a new of working adapt these shifts effectively using teleworking or work from home policy. The purpose this study was fill gaps by investigating several potential predictors job satisfaction during impact COVID-19 such as work–life balance stress. Using quantitative approach, 472 workers who were forced Indonesia participated, responses analyzed Smart-PLS software. revealed that home, balance, stress significant effect, both directly indirectly, on satisfaction. Working pace can sustain current atmosphere for Indonesian workers. In response collectivist setting, be positive sign needs paid attention organization.
